I was expecting a reasonable cup of coffee and to be on my way since they were closed. That is not what happened. Instead, he crafted a meticulous Cortado. It was probably the best I've had outside of Italy. He explained the mix of beans and roast he was using for the beverage, and his apparent genuine interest in people was obvious.
